PENGARUH PEMBERIAN AIR REBUSAN JAHE MADU TERHADAP PENURUNAN INTENSITAS NYERI HAID (DISMENOREA) PADA REMAJA PUTRI KELAS IX SMPN 31 BANDAR LAMPUNG TAHUN 2019

Dysmenorrhea is a symptom that most often causes young women to go to the doctor for consultation and treatment, because this disorder is subjective, the weight or intensity is difficult to assess. Although the frequency of dysmenorrhea is quite high and this disease has long been known, but until now the pathogenesis has not been solved satisfactorily.Dysmenorrhoea is also called menstrual cramps or menstrual pain. The problem in this study as many as 16 students of class XI in Smp N 31 Campang Kingdom Bandar Lampung still experiencing dysmenorrhoea. Handling of non-pharmacological dysmenorrhoea is by eating honey ginger boiled water. Obtained 16 students of 144 students.
The purpose of this study to determine the effect of honey ginger boiled water to decrease menstrual pain intensity on a student Smp N 31 Campang Kingdom Bandar Lampung.This research is a study Pre-experimental design (one group pretest- posttest). Conducted in March-April 2019. The population in this study was grader ix Smp N 31 Campang highway Bandar Lampung as many as 16 people. The sampling technique used was accidental sampling. Sumbe data used are primary data obtained directly from respondents, data collection tools in the form of a questionnaire, which is used univariate analysis with percentages, bivariate analysis using paired sample t- test.
The results showed an average of 16 respondents that they felt pain scale before being given water boiled ginger honey is 2.44 and the average scale of pain after the administration of honey ginger boiled water is 0.31. The conclusion of this study was the effect of honey ginger boiled water to reduce the intensity of menstrual pain at SMPN 31 Bandar Lampung Campang Kingdom.
