GAMBARAN TINGKAT KEBISINGAN DAN KELUHAN SUBJEKTIF TENAGA KERJA PTPN VII PEMATANG KIWAH KECAMATAN NATAR LAMPUNG SELATAN

ABSTRACT

Noise in the workplace causes various disorders in the workforce, such as physiologicaldisorders and communication disorders. Ifnoise in the workplace is received for a long time it can cause psychomatic illness in the form of work stress.
This research is descriptive in nature, that is, it was carried out with the main objective of making an objective picture of a situation, namely to get a description ofthe level of noise and subjective complaints ofPTPN Vii Pematang Kiwah workers, Natar district, South Lampung.
Based on the results of the research that has been carried out 1. The noise level of 88.2 Disebel at PTPN VII Pematang Kiwah does not meet the requirements specified in accordance with the Decree of the Minister of Manpower No. 1450/KEPMEN/2002 concerning the requirements for work environment safety. 2. Complaints felt by workers at PTPN VII Pematang Kiwah were obtained, namely 19 people who complained about noise and 6 people who did not complain about noise at PTPN VII Pematang Kiwah.
