GAMBARAN KONDISI FISIK RUMAH PENDERITA TUBERKULOSIS PARU DI WILAYAH KERJA PUSKESMAS RAWAT INAP IRINGMULYO KECAMATAN METRO TIMUR KOTA METRO TAHUN 2024

ABSTRACT

Tuberculosis is an infectious disease caused by the germ Mycobacterium tuberculosis. Indonesia ranks second globally with an estimated TB burden of approximately 964,000 cases over the past three years. The germ spreads from people with TB through the air. Based on data obtained by the Kebun Jahe Health Center, there are 32 cases of pulmonary tuberculosis cases. The purpose of this study was to determine the Physical Condition of Tuberculosis Patients in the Working Area of the Kebun Jahe Health Center, Bandar Lampung City in 2024.
This research is descriptive, with a total sample of 32 houses in the Kebun Jahe Health Center Working Area of Bandar Lampung City. Data were collected with a checklist instrument. Then analyzed univariately and presented in tabular form.
Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that out of 32 houses with pulmonary tuberculosis patients in the physical environment, 53% of houses did not meet the requirements for occupancy density, 56% of bedrooms did not meet the requirements for ventilation, lighting, humidity, and temperature conditions, 37% of bedrooms did not meet the requirements for floor conditions, 41% of bedrooms did not meet the requirements for ventilation, lighting, humidity, and temperature conditions.
