GAMBARAN PENGGUNA GIGI TIRUAN LEPASAN AKRILIK DI RUMAH SAKIT UMUM DAERAH Dr. H. ABDUL MOELOEK PROVINSI LAMPUNG

ABSTRACT

Tooth loss can be influenced by our daily habits and factors such as a person's gender, age, and level of education. Maintenance with the use of dentures plays an important role as a substitute for missing teeth.
The research objective of writing this final project report was to find out the description of acrylic removable denture users at Dr.H. Abdul Moeloek, Lampung Province.
The research objective of writing this final report is to find out overview of users of acrylic removable dentures at a General Hospital Dr.H Abdul Moeloek, Lampung Province.
This study used a descriptive research design by conducting observations, interviews and documentation in the form of medical record document data. The sample in this study were patients using dentures at Dr.H Abdul Moeloek Regional General Hospital, Lampung Province, totaling 33 respondents with a total sampling technique.
The results of this study showed that most GTSL users were found in male respondents, namely 48.49%, and GTLL users were only found in male respondents, 15.15%. Most GTSL users are found in the age group of 20-60 years, namely 60.60% and GTLL users are found in the age group above 60 years, amounting to 15.15%. GTSL users are mostly used by respondents with the type of work of housewives, namely 30.30%. GTLL users were found by respondents with the type of self-employed work of 18.18%. Suggestions, it is better for the Lampung provincial government to hold counseling activities about dentures and for the Dr.H Abdul Moeloek Regional Hospital in Lampung Province it is hoped that it can improve denture manufacturing services.
