ASUHAN KEPERAWATAN GAWAT DARURAT PASIEN DENGAN GANGGUAN KEBUTUHAN SIRKULASI PADA KASUS CEDERA KEPALA BERAT TERHADAP TN. D DI INSTALASI GAWAT DARURAT RSUD JENDRAL AHMAD YANI METRO LAMPUNG 29 NOVEMBER 2021

RINGKASAN
Cedera kepala adalah proses terjadinya cedera langsung maupun deseslerasi terhadap kepala yang dapat menyebabkan kerusakan tengkorak dan otak. Hasil riskesdas pada tahun 2018 di Provinsi Lampung, pada cedera kepala diperoleh 12,1% , dari jumlah 2.575 jiwa. Berdasarkan buku register di IGD RSUD Jendral Ahmad Yani Metro pada tahun 2020 pasien cedera berat (CKB) sebanyak 55 orang.
Berdasarkan kajian tujuan penulisan ini untuk memberikan gambaran asuhan keperawatan pasien dengan gangguan kebutuhan sirkulasipada kasus CKB terhadap Tn.D di IGD RSUD Jendral Ahmad Yani Metro.
Diagnose keperawatan yang muncul adalah resiko perfusi serebral tidak efektif, resiko aspirasi, risiko jatuh Perencanaan dan implementasi keperawatan diantaranya SLKI : perfusi serebral , Tingkat aspirasi dan Tingkat jatuh. SIKI : Pemantauan Neurologis (I.06197) , Manajemen peningkatan tekanan intrakranial (I.06194), Pencegahan Aspirasi (I.14535) dan. Pencegahan jatuh (I.14540)Simpulan dari laporan tugas akhir ini didapatkan setelah dilakukan tindakan keperawatan masalah resiko perfusi serebral tidak efektif, resiko aspirasi, dan risiko jatuh belum teratasi.
Saran untuk RSUD Jendral Ahmad Yani khususnya di ruang igd untuk mengevaluasi kembali dalam memberikan asuhan keperawatanpada pasien cedera kepala berat yang telah dilaksanakan.

Nursing care of patients with aspiration risk in cases of severe head injury to Mr. D at the Emergency Department of General Ahmad Yani Metro Lampung Hospital 29 November 2021

ABSTRACT
Head injury is the process of direct injury or deceleration of the head that can cause damage to the skull and brain. The results of the Riskesdas in 2018 in Lampung Province, for head injuries obtained 12.1%, out of a total of 2,575 people. Based on the register in the ER General Ahmad Yani Metro Hospital, in 2020 there were 55 seriously injured patients (SHI).
Based on the study, the purpose of this paper is to provide an overview of nursing care for patients with impaired circulation needs in the case of SHI against Mr. D in the IGD General Hospital Ahmad Yani Metro.
Nursing diagnoses that arise are the risk of ineffective cerebral perfusion, the risk of aspiration, the risk of falling. Nursing planning and implementation include SLKI: cerebral perfusion, aspiration rate and fall rate. SIKI : Neurological Monitoring (I.06197) , Management of increased intracranial pressure (I.06194), Prevention of Aspiration (I.14535) and. Fall prevention (I.14540)
The conclusion of this final project report was obtained after nursing actions were carried out on the problems of ineffective cerebral perfusion risk, aspiration risk, and the risk of falling has not been resolved. Suggestions for RSUD Jendral Ahmad Yani, especially in the emergency room, to re-evaluate in providing nursing care to patients with severe head injuries that have been carried out.
