abstract: Urinary Tract (Urolithiasis) is a condition in which there are crystalline stones in
the urinary tract. One of the measures to overcome urolithiasis is ureteroscopy
accompanied by lithotripsy. Surgery consists of three phases, namely
preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative. In Indonesia, there was an
increase from 6.9% from 2013 to 8.5% in 2018 and in Bintang Amin Hospital
there were 15 to 20 patients per week. The purpose of writing the Final Project
Report describes the implementation of perioperative nursing care in patients with
Urolithiasis with Ureteroscopy and Lithotripsy in the Operating Room of
Pertamina Bintang Amin Hospital in Bandar Lampung in 2020. The type of data
collection used is qualitative with a case study conducted on one patient. Retrieval
of patient data carried out on February 25, 2020.
The results obtained from the nursing problems of patients with acute pain and
anxiety in the preoperative phase, the risk of perioperative hypothermia in the
intraoperative phase and the risk of falling in the postoperative phase. After
evaluating the nursing action in the preoperative phase, the anxiety problem of
nursing is resolved, but the problem of acute pain nursing has not been resolved.
Intraoperative phase The risk of intraoperative hypothermia does not occur. In the
postoperative phase nursing problems fall risk does not occur. Conclusion The
implementation of perioperative nursing care problems that often occur is the risk
of hypothermia and the risk of falling. It is recommended that operating room
nurses focus more on preventing this diagnosis.
